Payment Terms

Payment for all rental booth projects requires a deposit at the time of order. We offer two payment methods:

Option one – You can pay an 80% deposit via wire transfer or credit card at the time of the order as long as you’re willing to provide your credit card information so we can charge the remaining balance due after the install is complete.

Option two – You can pay 100% deposit via wire transfer if your preference is to avoid using a credit card and would like the 2% discount for helping us avoid a credit card processing fee.

All payments are collected before the show ends, we are simply not set up to extend terms.

Website pricing

Our Rental Design Ideas and Design Elements images are priced as shown to help you evaluate designs against the budget you have to spend and the value we are providing. Our goal is to help you quickly determine if working with us is worth investing your time to browse designs and provide show and preference information so that we can develop a custom-tailored design and complete quote.

In most cases, everything shown is included in the price, with the exception of exhibitor product examples. In general, the only items included and not shown will be the shipping containers. We have a variety of rental shipping crates, containers, and pallets that give us the flexibility to pack and ship orders with efficiency and minimal shipping cost. Often we don’t know exactly which crates/skids we will use until the packing stage of a rental project.

These are base rental prices before shipping and labor are added. Shipping could be to any event destination. We offer free shipping in Las Vegas as our warehouse is located in Las Vegas. Free shipping applies to complete rental solutions only, so if you renting a display add on or element such as display cases, we will gladly deliver and collect after the show, but there will be a small delivery fee applied for partial solution orders.

Website use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Exhibit People’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these terms and conditions and may be terminated by Exhibit People’s at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
