Description

Krypt is a custom software developer using the SAP platform to develop custom solutions for businesses. They are based in California with developers also in India.

Krypt met Exhibit People at the annual SAP conference held each year in Orlando, Florida. Krypt was actually installing a trade show rental booth across the aisle from a booth that Exhibit People was also installing. We noticed that their exhibit manager was struggling to focus some lighting on the rental booth and we offered to help which started some conversation that led to some interest in renting a trade show booth from Exhibit People for the next year.

Krypt’s exhibit manager loved the way our custom rental trade show displays did not look cookie cutter. They also really liked the level of service they saw us providing before, during and after the show to their neighbor across the aisle.

When developing this booth, Krypt had a number of primary requirements. They definitely needed two demonstration areas where they could showcase to clients their product on a larger TV monitor. They also wanted to stand out on the trade show floor to compete with companies that have larger island booth spaces.

Exhibit People went to work to develop a design that gave first, the functionality and proper space for two separate demonstration areas and second, provide a look and feel competitive to the bigger companies in larger island trade show booth spaces.

Krypt has a very eye-catching logo and granulated colors which were branding elements that we wanted to leverage to maximize the impact. In the creative process a very nice back wall graphic emerged, highlighting their logo mark and bold orange color scheme. A large center smart TV was added to play a looping video, highlighting Krypt’s custom software capabilities.

To give them a very trade show custom booth look, we selected one of our custom trade show counters. This not only gave them a large sweeping counter space but lots of storage space for literature and giveaways and booth staff personal items.

One benefit of the large trade show counter is that it not only makes a great statement but it also can be used for informal stand-up meetings at either end. Smaller trade show counters don’t allow this additional functionality as there is typically no space to greet attendees while others have a mini meeting nearby.

Krypt has been a loyal client for four years. Using a version of the same booth each of the years, Krypt has maximized their trade show investment, minimizing the real printing costs from show to show.
