Hot Ice is a international company that developed the product and packaging of a new line of body fragrances. Hot Ice found Exhibit People by conducting a Google search for trade show rental companies in Las Vegas.
Hot Ice’s booth space was 8×8 in size. Their primary requirements were to display their new product in a way that was consistent with how it might be displayed in a salon or retail environment. As expected, they also wanted strong branding to accompany this product display. Budget was a factor but so was making a big impact on the show floor.
Exhibit People’s designers went to work and developed a load bearing 8′ rental back wall with rental glass shelves. To complement the product packaging, Exhibit People designers proposed a second surface printed plexi panel to give a high gloss finish over the seamless back wall printed panels. For the rest of the trade show rental booth, Hot Ice wanted to keep the space open and inviting and opted to have only a bar height meeting set where they could have informal business meetings during the show as needed.
Overall the rental display with high-gloss graphics and glass shelves complemented both the product and the brand for Hot Ice at the high profile Beauty and Cosmetics Show in Las Vegas.
