Yes, naturally pedestals already in our rental inventory will be more economical but often clients need a exact size that is not.
Fortunately, we are setup to quickly customize the height of any rental pedestal and to customize the top as well with no overhang, small overhang or a larger overhang. Tell us your needs and we’ll generate rendering views and quote to show you what we can deliver.
Yes, we have 3 sizes of plexiglass tops, but with a bit more time and a little more money we can deliver any size plexiglass top to fit any rental pedestal.
Every plexiglass top pedestal can be fitted with a LED jewelry light to spotlight your product on display under glass.
Yes, our pedestals aluminum frame construction and 3.4″ thick laminated wood top is very strong and can handle must more than 30 lbs. Stability should be a greater concern.
For this we also have the option to place 30lb sand bags in the base to counter balance the weight sitting on top of the counter. So, either way weight is not an issue.
We will gladly rental you even only one pedestal. Shipping and Delivery charges may be the reason this doesn’t make sense for you.
We’ve rented groups of pedestals many times. Groups as small as 4 pedestals and as large as 14 pedestals. Orders of this size justifies the related delivery costs for most clients.

We can easily provide up-lit pedestals. We have 2 ways we can build pedestals and one of these ways lends itself nicely to using a milk plexiglass insert backlit with a bright white LED light. However we don’t do many of these because we are not fans of this approach.
In our opinion it makes the pedestal look good but not the product sitting on the milk plexiglass. Its like taking a photo with the sun behind your subject. The background is bright and the subject is dark. We have other options to help products look great sitting on a pedestal.

We only need to run power to a pedestal if you need power to your product sitting on the pedestal or if you’ve ordered a pedestal that comes with a small jewelry stem light.
In some cases we can add a Lithium battery pack to the base to power the jewelry light.
If it won’t be easy to run power to your pedestal talk with us and let us help identify options. For example we have run power to one pedestal then branched off to other pedestals. A lot depends on when your pedestals will be used and if we will be laying flooring before placing your pedestals.
The easiest way to get powers to pedestals is by running flat cords below the padding and up thru the flooring into the base of your pedestals.
Yes, for most pedestals holes can be drilled in the top or sides as access holes for power cords. If the pedestal you’ve chosen has a Formica laminated wood top with overhang then we only allow holes to be drilled in the side panels of the base – anywhere you like.
